Refurbishment & Remodelling
CIFS helps to restoring a building to an improved condition. This means replacing and upgrading present components to meet the required standards without altering the original design. Usually, renovation projects are done to increase the value of buildings on sale and are often shorter with a lower budget compared to other projects. They have little to no effect on the layout and structure of the building. Before any renovation project, consider the age, condition, and structure of a building. Have an expert look it up and give you a go-ahead. And Also helps repairing the structures that might have been damaged or broken in order to restore the building to its tip-top condition. For example, this may involve fixing the light and plumbing fixtures, repairing cracks in the wall, and updating an old ceiling.
ATM Site construction Including Civil Works
The tenderer shall visit and inspect the site and obtain all information on his own responsibility and at own cost, which may be necessary for the purpose of quoting and submitting the tender. No excuse or ignorance as to site conditions and local information shall be accepted after awarding of the contract. All costs, charges & expenses that may be incurred in connection with the preparation of his tender shall be borne by him and the Institute accepts no liability whatsoever therefore. Failure by the tenderer to have done all the things, which in accordance with his condition he is deemed to have done shall not relieve the successful tenderer of the responsibility for satisfactory completion of the work as required. As caretakers we carry out regular checks of the ATM premises. Our representatives dutifully record and promptly report any equipment failure and other site problems to the concerned authorities for immediate attention. We ensure that the ATM premises are not encroached upon by squatters, hawkers and any other undesirable elements and maintain a visible presence so that customers are free to transact their business.
- Arranging and replenishing publicity material supplied by the bank example banners, posters, leaflets, flyers, format etc.
- Cleanliness of ATM sites, reporting non-functioning of the ATM and associated fitting for prompt redressal, as well as maintaining a log of breakdowns.
- Providing access to the ATM site by authorized personnel of the service agency.
ATM Shifting & Dismantling
- Replacement of floor spring once in a year, or whenever required.
- Replacement of main glass door including sections.
- Minor POP work & painting of wall & ceiling once in a year.
- Replenishment of consumables - journal Printer Rolls, Consumer Printer Rolls, Printer cartridges etc
- Clearing Media Jam in printer, ticket /coupon dispenser etc.
- Logging of ATM kiosk status and reporting complaints for rectification.
- Coordinating Second Line Maintenance activities.
SRM Work & Housekeeping

Without housecleaning, lime scale can build upon taps, mold grows in wet areas, smudges appear on glass surfaces, dust forms on surfaces, bacterial action makes the garbage disposal and toilet smell and cobwebs accumulate. Tools used in housecleaning include vacuums, brooms, mops and sponges, together with cleaning products such as detergents, disinfectants and bleach Our housekeeping staff are experienced & trained in maintaining hygienic practice. Right from the personal appearance and hygienic to their conduct and professional approach in each aspect is scrutinized carefully. Good equipment & machinery are always given priority and we have always maintained our standards such as PF, ESIC, Welfare Fund, and Service Tax etc. are strictly adhered to.
